Samsung Tocco Ultra Edition S8300 – Fix for Wrong Day and Date on Phone

I have had the same problem with the widget date fault on a few occasions. I have had to search for the fix each time. So here it is for everyone else that has been affected by this:

The Fix
Go into calendar settings > change the first day of the week to Monday. The widget will now display correctly. Setting it to Sunday on the widget it is a day behind.

Not very obvious and a stupid default setting.
